Le Blush Picnics — Rental Agreement & Liability Waiver
By signing below, you (the “Client”) agree to the following terms for your Le Blush Picnics reservation:
- Booking & Deposit. A non-refundable 50% deposit reserves your date and time; your reservation is confirmed only once it is received. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your event.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling. The deposit is non-refundable. You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit the deposit.
- Weather. For outdoor bookings, if weather does not permit we will help you reschedule or move to a covered location. Deposits are not refunded for weather but may be applied to a new date.
- Setup & Duration. Each experience includes a styled setup for the reserved 2-hour window. Late arrivals do not extend the rental time. The Client remains with the setup for the full period until Le Blush staff return to collect it.
- Care of Rental Items. All décor, furniture, and props remain the property of Le Blush Picnics. The Client is responsible for the repair or replacement cost of any items lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal use during the rental.
- Food & Allergies. The Client is responsible for disclosing allergies in advance and for any food or beverages consumed at the event.
- Supervision & Minors. The Client supervises all guests, children, and pets throughout the event. A parent or legal guardian must be present for any guest under 18.
- Assumption of Risk & Waiver. The Client and all guests participate voluntarily and assume all associated risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Client releases and holds harmless Le Blush Picnics, its owners and staff from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from the event, except those caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- Photography. Le Blush Picnics may photograph its setups and use those images for marketing without identifying guests by name. Tell us in writing if you prefer we not use photos from your event.
- Force Majeure. Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control; in such cases we will reschedule in good faith.
