Our picnics are designed for 2 guests (Classic & LeBlush Experience) or 2–4 for the LeBlush Canopy, with the option to add guests for $30 per person. Our Teepee Sleepover Parties include 4 styled tents, perfect for kids' celebrations.

We proudly serve the Rio Grande Valley. Setup within Edinburg or McAllen is complimentary — locations outside of these areas may incur a travel fee starting at $15 depending on distance.

Each LeBlush picnic experience is 2 hours, by reservation only. Picnics start at one of three daily windows — 8 AM, 2 PM, or 7 PM — giving us time to set up, tear down, and reset beautifully for each celebration.

Cancellations 7+ days before your event receive a full deposit refund. 3–6 days before: 75% of the deposit. 24–48 hours before: 50% of the deposit. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for a refund. This policy applies to the deposit only, which is 50% of the total setup cost.
